Michael, the Worst

Somebody once told me that I wasn’t as experimental as I thought I was. It is a fair assessment. I’m not a virtuosic player, I possess a linear mind, my compositions are often mathematically and grammatically correct. I’m the sort of student who skimmed White and Strunk’s The Elements of Style and thought, “I get it.” The experiment is in the living document that trails behind me, a catalog of varied personas with rotating collaborators. Like the Svalbard Global Seed Bank, Michael, the Worst goes into the past to deliver a promise for the the future.
